Romania, December, 2005. Learning festival in Romania was held in the second week of December 2005. More than 190 cities organized different events and happenings. Central event was the opening ceremony on the December the 5th in the nice city Sibiu, with many important state representatives and officials. Two foreign guests were invited to the ceremony and following seminar on the topic of lifelong learning in Balkan and Europe: Ph.D. Milka Atanasova, from Sofia University and EAEA board and Ph.D. Katarina Popovic, Belgrade University and Adult Education Society. The highlight of the opening ceremony was the learning fair where related organizations and companies from the region presented their work, their products and offer.
