Belgrade, July 2009. President of Adult Education Society Prof. Ph.D. Katarina Popovic recently joined the editorial staff of a prestigious European magazine known as LLinE. Besides Ms. Popovic also Prof. Ph.D. Heribert Hinzen, Director of the Institute for International Cooperation of the German Adult Education Association, Prof. Peter Jarvis (University of Surrey, UK), Raiskio Sanna (Finnish Adult Education Research Society) and others are members of the editorial board. This newsletter is publishing four times a year and comprises of articles and information from all fields of adult education, intercultural cooperation as well as best-practice examples. The election of Ms Popovic to the editorial board is of great importance for an enhanced participation of the Southeast European region in the European and global exchange of information and experience in the area of adult education.
