Belgrade, December 2008. The project “Support to the development of democracy, tolerance and culture of dialogue” is set in Belgrade, a series of two-day seminars. Participants were mainly employed in the centers for social work, NGO sector, then the people who work with marginalized groups and socially vulnerable population, Roma, etc. This target group has needs and interesting for training in the field of interpersonal, non-violent communication, conflict resolution, as well as the development of a culture of tolerance and dialogue. The training was held by trainers of the partner organization “Center for reeducation of emotions and behavior – Fortress” which is the second part of the training organized independently.
