Sarajevo, May 2014. dvv international for Bosnia and Herzegovina and Adult Education Society from Belgrade, during period from May 23rd to may 24th have organized trainers meeting which have been working in the area of adult education. Programme was carefully designed for experts and practitioners, considering the need for incitement of experience exchange at the regional level. During the two-day work the following topics were processed: work with difficult learners, gender and intercultural adult education, as well as (self)reflective practice in trainers work. Visits to the Ministry of education and science of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and to the non-governmental organization “Nahla” have brought closer to participants the problems and trends of development in adult education in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Daily exchange has opened many important subjects for trainers work, but also for development of adult education in the region. At the end of the exchange, topics have been defined for the meeting in Belgrade, which will be held in October.
