Belgrade, May, 2008. One cycle of training within the project “Employability Improvement for Marginalized Groups” finished with awarding certificates ceremony in The Congress hall of National Employment Agency. In the end of 2007 Adult Education Society in cooperation with National Employment Agency organized training for 30 long-term unemployed women from Belgrade, between 35 and 55 years. The training for accounting and bookkeeping selected as the most wanted profile on the labor market in Belgrade. National Employment Agency tested and selected 30 participants for this training. The Center „B.A.Y.COM“, the verified Agency’s partner organized the training of 120 hours with final exam. Each of 30 participants successfully finished the training, which is the unique in the practice of that complex training. This was the true indicator of participants’ motivation and quality of provider and the training.
