Brussels, February 2014. The Kick-off meeting of the AE-PRO project was held on the 18th and 19th of February at the EAEA office in Brussels. This project builds on Grundtvig in-service European training for (younger) adult education staff delivered by the European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA) from 2011-2013. The training introduced staff to European developments in adult education; encouraged staff to learn about one another’s organisations; and facilitated networking and cooperation between both staff and their organisations. In the meeting participated representatives of all partner organizations from 9 countries. The main tasks during the project of Adult Education Society team will be quality Assurance for both internal processes and final products. During the meeting was agreed that our team will take part in designing future training, also. Next steps are evaluation of passed meeting and preparation for the future activities.
