Representatives of Adult Education Society have attended the HRevolution conference

hrevolutionBelgrade, February 2014. The conference HRevolution within the organization of HR PRO Club has been conducted with the help of students from Faculty of Political Science on February 19th at the hotel Hayatt Regency in Belgrade. The event gathered foreign and domestic experts from the area of human resources, and the main goal was to encourage reflection of old ideas and generating new innovative ones. Meeting began with short reminder of history of HR PRO Club, as well of the activities that marked eleven years of its existence. For this occasion students of Faculty of Political Science have conducted the research about the position of HR in Serbia, and the results were presented at the conference. Among significant findings are data that implies the importance and the need for taking continuing activities of learning, but also demands for quality control of educational interventions. Further program Mr. Bata Davidovic from Coca Cola Hellenic has introduced us with the company intentions, in which he is employed, and that is to be recognized as the learning organization. It has been pointed that on that way special attention should be directed to investments and long range talent development. The fact that corporative system isn’t passive and mute when it comes to growing social problems proves represented data about social entrepreneurship in Serbia, but also implemented socially engaged projects of competitor at the market. Assemblage gave the opportunity for everyone to think over the specific subjects such as recruiting, change management, resilience and distance learning. Beside relaxation with the exchange of experience, during the coffee break and lunch, real enjoyment was short introduction in relaxing yoga, massage and oriental dancing lessons. Representatives of Adult Education Society exchanged the ideas and experience with the HR colleagues about the development of employed ones and about how to encourage the unemployed ones.
